The lower level provides a flexible space that can function as a private apartment-style suite with an en-suite bath or as a media room or additional lounge. Outdoor spaces further enhance the property with a rare, generous flat area that maximizes the oversized lot, ideal for entertaining, creating an outdoor pavilion, or simply enjoying the surrounding ocean vistas and sunsets.
