Essential features
Authentication and security storage keeps you signed in and protects requests. Preference storage remembers your theme, saved homes, local searches, onboarding choices and cookie preference. Some storage lasts for a session; local preferences remain until you change or clear them. Rejecting optional analytics does not disable these features.
Optional analytics
With your permission, Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and, when configured, PostHog measure public page use and performance. We do not enable session replay or automatic form capture through these analytics tools. Private workspaces and URL queries/fragments are excluded. The tools remain disabled when you choose essential only or your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
Other services
Maps, listing images, sign-in, email, security diagnostics and integrations you open may connect to service providers to fulfill the requested feature. Their requests can include your IP address. These are separate from optional page analytics. We do not enable advertising pixels through this setting.
Changing to essential only stops future optional analytics events; it does not retract events already sent. Read the privacy policy or make a privacy request.
