Takedown Notice Requirements

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send a written notice to the Designated Agent above containing all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (URL).
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing: your electronic or physical signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, telephone number, email, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district. We will process counter-notifications in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat Infringer Policy

Belmont Brokerage Inc. will terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright, consistent with our obligations under the DMCA safe harbor provisions at 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
