About This Property

~Seller financing available~ Just a ten-minute stroll from Arroyo Grande's Historic Village, sits 280 Tally Ho Road offering a serene blend of nature and privacy, with a beautifully renovated 1930s farmhouse and detached cottage, all within a few blocks of the Village's charming shops and dining! Thoroughly remodeled over the past five years, the home showcases modern finishes throughout. The kitchen features shaker cabinets, honed dark quartz countertops, and a stylish hexagon mosaic backsplash, and the remodeled bathrooms offer white subway tile and custom vanities. Additional upgrades include wide plank flooring, dual-pane windows, recessed LED lighting, hand-troweled drywall, fresh paint, new doors, a newer furnace, and upgraded plumbing and electrical. The main level offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a spacious primary suite overlooking the colorful, bright front yard. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to a large loft bedroom with closet storage and its own exterior stairway entrance. The detached cottage has a full bathroom and stylish finishes, making it perfect for visitors or as a home office or gym. The Creekside setting creates an incredible microclimate, with established tangerine, pear, plum, passionfruit, and blackberry plantings and plenty of room for your garden to flourish. Set on nearly a third of an acre, the backyard is perfect for pets and playtime on the grass. Decomposed granite pathways wind through the space to a firepit for gathering in the evening, and a shed, swing set, and small chicken coop complete this peaceful retreat. A Trex deck leads out to the front yard, and a large concrete patio sits between the home and cottage in back. The extra-long driveway offers plenty of parking, and the detached two-car garage is a pull-through, providing access to the backyard for future projects. Tally Ho is a one-of-a-kind neighborhood, friendly and quiet, just 15 minutes from downtown San Luis Obispo and the beach!
