About This Property

Nestled in the prestigious Royal Woods of Sherman Oaks, this mid-century modern masterpiece perfectly blends architecture with contemporary luxury. Originally designed by the acclaimed George Vernon Russell & Associates, AIA, the residence has been meticulously updated to preserve its timeless character while embracing modern living. Inside, an airy, open-concept floor plan creates a seamless flow across the expansive living and dining areas. The culinary heart of the home is an expanded Poggenpohl chef’s kitchen, anchored by a massive marble island and premium Wolf, Miele, and Sub-Zero appliances. Designed for ultimate privacy, the luxurious primary suite serves as a secluded sanctuary, thoughtfully separated from the two additional bedrooms. Complete with a dedicated home office and a private gym, the layout offers effortless versatility. True to mid-century philosophy, indoor-outdoor integration is flawless. The main living spaces open entirely to a sprawling, ultra-private backyard oasis—complete with a sparkling pool, multiple entertainment decks, intimate relaxation zones, and a fire pit. Situated in the coveted Sherman Oaks hills, this peaceful retreat offers an idyllic escape but still close enough to the Westside, Beverly Hills, and Hollywood.
