About This Property

Available for June and September lease! A rare opportunity to lease one of Malibu's most picturesque estates on Point Dume with access to Little Dume Beach! This exquisite French farmhouse offers the finest points of Malibu living. Meticulously constructed with the finest materials in 2022, the private compound spans nearly one acre and includes coveted beach rights to the surf and sand at Little Dume, one of Southern California's most private and idyllic beaches. Upon entering through the gates, you are immediately captivated by the charms of a country home in the South of France with mature trees, a cobblestone driveway, and rustic stone accents. Inside, the home is exquisitely designed and offers a suite of high-end finishes, including limestone tile, extra-wide brushed oak wood floors, and lime-based painted walls. An expansive great room is the heart of the home and an entertainer's dream, featuring soaring 23-foot vaulted ceilings with a reclaimed wood beam, a limestone slab fireplace, a cozy TV nook, and seamless indoor/outdoor flow through a wall of bifold doors. The kitchen is a chef's delight, thoughtfully designed with Thermador stainless steel appliances, custom white oak cabinets, and deep-veined quartzite countertops. A sprawling backyard offers an expansive lawn with a pool/spa and a pristine Ipe wood deck. The lavish primary suite is situated at the far end of the home, creating a private sanctuary complete with a large fireplace, high wood-beamed ceilings, and French double doors that lead to a spacious terrace. A spa-like en-suite bathroom is adorned with authentic Italian Calacatta marble dual vanities, a luxurious soaking tub, a double-wide steam shower, and a massive walk-in closet. The main residence also boasts four additional bedrooms and a media room. The expansive grounds offer a detached guest cottage with one bedroom plus a loft, kitchenette, and living room complete with a cozy fireplace and an outdoor hot tub. The garage offers four parking bays, a professionally curated gym, and a spacious guest loft above, complete with a full bathroom, kitchenette, and laundry. A Control4 Smart Home Automation System is integrated throughout the home and grounds. Experience the epitome of the Malibu lifestyle, riding a golf cart to Little Dume for long days in the sun, and returning to a coastal oasis that exudes relaxation. Available for the months of June and September, 2026.
