There are some downed trees, yet most of the natural vegetation is green and healthy. Reportedly, there is a hand dug well that is currently not in use. Electricity to the well is available but suspended. Both the well and the power pole for the electricity is located just west or right of the entry gate. Due to the varied topography, riparian habitat/natural drainage swale and other property characteristics, site development is anticipated to be challenging.
