Very private and secluded recreational tract in the Mendocino National Forest. Logging roads and trails are all over it for ATV or 4x4 use. Borders government land on 2 sides. Water tanks and developed spring on site. There are several building sites with spectacular views. Like most National Forest properties with flat ground and lots of water there is past cannabis activity, but access to the sites is very good and cleanup should be an easy task. Less than 30 minutes to Hwy 20. With a little bit of work this can be a very nice playground.

No weekly rateNo published rate within 7 days of this date.ZIP averages use publicly displayable closed sales from our licensed MLS feed, matched to the same ZIP and exact property type. Months with fewer than 3 sales are omitted; the current month is incomplete. Lines connect available monthly observations across gaps and do not represent measured prices in missing months. These averages are not adjusted for size, condition, or location within the ZIP, and are not an appraisal. Feed coverage may not include every sale. All available shows the available home and ZIP history, with mortgage rates over the same dates.
Mortgage benchmark: Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey®. © Freddie Mac. Weekly national 30-year fixed rates, not APRs or a loan quote. Actual terms vary. Methodology changed in November 2022. The chart does not establish that interest-rate changes caused a home’s price changes.
Lines connect recorded asking and sale prices. They are visual guides, not estimates of the home’s value between those dates.
No earlier records were returned by our current sources. This does not mean the home has never sold.
MLS records may be incomplete. Earlier asking prices are not sale prices.
