This Mid Century home is Orange County close. Easy entrance to the freeway will make your commute a dream. NO HOA and Low Taxes will keep your payments low too. I know that buying a mid century home has pluses and minuses... No need to worry about the roof... it was replaced within the last 10 years and has many more to go. Hate those old single pane windows? So did the owner, which is why she replaced ALL the windows with Vinyl Dual Pane windows. And... the central air and heating will help keep the temperature right where you want it... no matter what season we're in. Looks like lots of pluses and all the lights are green!! Hurry! Call your realtor (and then call the movers) because this house will be sold soon!!

ZIP averages use publicly displayable closed sales from our licensed MLS feed, matched to the same ZIP and exact property type. Months with fewer than 3 sales are omitted; the current month is incomplete. Lines connect available monthly observations across gaps and do not represent measured prices in missing months. These averages are not adjusted for size, condition, or location within the ZIP, and are not an appraisal. Feed coverage may not include every sale. All available shows the available home and ZIP history, with mortgage rates over the same dates.
Mortgage benchmark: Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey®. © Freddie Mac. Weekly national 30-year fixed rates, not APRs or a loan quote. Actual terms vary. Methodology changed in November 2022. The chart does not establish that interest-rate changes caused a home’s price changes.
Lines connect recorded asking and sale prices. They are visual guides, not estimates of the home’s value between those dates.
No earlier records were returned by our current sources. This does not mean the home has never sold.
MLS records may be incomplete. Earlier asking prices are not sale prices.
