Seller says he was told it was designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. The uniqueness of the home sure could be. You enter the home to a huge, large windows and high wood ceiling living room, with a massive Floor to ceiling rock fireplace. Going from the living room all other areas are raised and there are four sets of stone steps to the upper levels. The first being either a study or formal dinning room. The second the kitchen, laundry and the basement. Yes I said basement and a room to house the water heater. The third set to two of the bedrooms and bath. The four stone steps to the other two bedrooms. The property profile says 3 bedrooms, but I counted four. Maybe a closet was added to one of the rooms. There is a huge garage out back, large yard and double drive in gates for cars and RV. This is a very nice area and nice views. The home has deferred maintenance, new roof in 2009. This one is a must see, not for someone that wants a cookie cutter home. Don't Wait - Call Now!!

ZIP averages use publicly displayable closed sales from our licensed MLS feed, matched to the same ZIP and exact property type. Months with fewer than 3 sales are omitted; the current month is incomplete. Lines connect available monthly observations across gaps and do not represent measured prices in missing months. These averages are not adjusted for size, condition, or location within the ZIP, and are not an appraisal. Feed coverage may not include every sale. All available shows the available home and ZIP history, with mortgage rates over the same dates.
Mortgage benchmark: Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey®. © Freddie Mac. Weekly national 30-year fixed rates, not APRs or a loan quote. Actual terms vary. Methodology changed in November 2022. The chart does not establish that interest-rate changes caused a home’s price changes.
Lines connect recorded asking and sale prices. They are visual guides, not estimates of the home’s value between those dates.
No earlier records were returned by our current sources. This does not mean the home has never sold.
MLS records may be incomplete. Earlier asking prices are not sale prices.
