Cute as a button Arts and Crafts era home with a fabulous treasure inside. This home boasts a beautiful Arts and Crafts era Batchelder fireplace that is in excellent condition. Ernest A. Batchelder (1875–1957) was an American artist and educator who made Southern California his home in the early 20th century. He is famous as a maker of art tiles and as a leader in the American Arts and Crafts Movement. His tiles are highly sought after and a full fireplace is a real find. Original hardwood floors throughout most of the home need a tender touch to bring them back to their full beauty. Has not been too modernized so lots of the original architectural charm still survives. Perfect home for someone who loves the Arts and Crafts era and would like to preserve it for another generation. Although this home only has 2 existing bedrooms it has a very high attic that has the ability to be accessed and built out. Some other homes in the neighborhood have successfully done this. A charming tree lined street and neighbors who lovingly care for their homes add to the charm of this home. If you're looking for the charm of bygone days, this is one to notice.

ZIP averages use publicly displayable closed sales from our licensed MLS feed, matched to the same ZIP and exact property type. Months with fewer than 3 sales are omitted; the current month is incomplete. Lines connect available monthly observations across gaps and do not represent measured prices in missing months. These averages are not adjusted for size, condition, or location within the ZIP, and are not an appraisal. Feed coverage may not include every sale. All available shows the available home and ZIP history, with mortgage rates over the same dates.
Mortgage benchmark: Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey®. © Freddie Mac. Weekly national 30-year fixed rates, not APRs or a loan quote. Actual terms vary. Methodology changed in November 2022. The chart does not establish that interest-rate changes caused a home’s price changes.
Lines connect recorded asking and sale prices. They are visual guides, not estimates of the home’s value between those dates.
No earlier records were returned by our current sources. This does not mean the home has never sold.
MLS records may be incomplete. Earlier asking prices are not sale prices.
