Resurrection cabin, many people may say this cabin is a tear down but there is enough of it left to be considered a remodel it has power hooked up, a solid foundation, its the last 5 acre lot on the road so it is at the top of the hill with views of desert and mountains, the cabin backs up to blm and overlooks johnson valleys off high way vehicle area so you can watch many famous off road races like the annual king of the hammers right from your back yard.im sure some enterprising couple will make this a lovely retreat that they will cherish for years. For some strange reason the county of san bernardino, will not issur any new building permits on vacant land or allow any cabins to hook up power from so.cal. Edison' if you don't have a well on your property. Big horn water co will sell you water from there well in johnson valley once a meter is freed up but you still cant get a bukilding permitor hook up to edison co. So you can see the benefits of rebuilding this cabin with its pre installed electrica connection. The truth is the county of san bernardino has inflected a building moratorium on johnson valley property owners which is driving down the value of vacant land and cabins with out power .

ZIP averages use publicly displayable closed sales from our licensed MLS feed, matched to the same ZIP and exact property type. Months with fewer than 3 sales are omitted; the current month is incomplete. Lines connect available monthly observations across gaps and do not represent measured prices in missing months. These averages are not adjusted for size, condition, or location within the ZIP, and are not an appraisal. Feed coverage may not include every sale. All available shows the available home and ZIP history, with mortgage rates over the same dates.
Mortgage benchmark: Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey®. © Freddie Mac. Weekly national 30-year fixed rates, not APRs or a loan quote. Actual terms vary. Methodology changed in November 2022. The chart does not establish that interest-rate changes caused a home’s price changes.
Lines connect recorded asking and sale prices. They are visual guides, not estimates of the home’s value between those dates.
No earlier records were returned by our current sources. This does not mean the home has never sold.
MLS records may be incomplete. Earlier asking prices are not sale prices.
