William Krisel, was the last of the many iconic architects that had graced the Palm Springs architectural scene starting in the fifties. He is responsible for designing and building over 40,000 homes nationwide. His designs are classic post and beam, that offered both livability and a pleasing aesthetic. This home features three bedrooms, two baths with a beautiful pool and backyard and wonderful mountain views. It is in the Racquet Club East neighborhood which is quickly becoming one of the premier areas for stunning mid-century restorations. Mr Krisel never called Modernism a style. For him, it was a language that he spoke to people in. For those who understand that language it will be remembered as forever classic.

ZIP averages use publicly displayable closed sales from our licensed MLS feed, matched to the same ZIP and exact property type. Months with fewer than 3 sales are omitted; the current month is incomplete. Lines connect available monthly observations across gaps and do not represent measured prices in missing months. These averages are not adjusted for size, condition, or location within the ZIP, and are not an appraisal. Feed coverage may not include every sale. All available shows the available home and ZIP history, with mortgage rates over the same dates.
Mortgage benchmark: Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey®. © Freddie Mac. Weekly national 30-year fixed rates, not APRs or a loan quote. Actual terms vary. Methodology changed in November 2022. The chart does not establish that interest-rate changes caused a home’s price changes.
Lines connect recorded asking and sale prices. They are visual guides, not estimates of the home’s value between those dates.
No earlier records were returned by our current sources. This does not mean the home has never sold.
MLS records may be incomplete. Earlier asking prices are not sale prices.
