This architecturally significant home is an Eldorado Original. Built in 1963 and designed by O'Neil Ford, a highly decorated Texas architect who was elected a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and the National Academy of Design. Hand-carved entry doors, molding in the living room, and louvered doors within the home were done by Master Carver, and O'Neil's brother, Lynn Ford. The centerpiece of the home is the large living room with terrazzo floors, built-in bookshelves, and a grand fireplace. A center section of the ceiling is raised and surrounded by windows adding natural light at all times of the day. A separate guest house/casita is accessed through a breezeway. The home also features double master bedrooms, guest suite, formal dining room, and a den.

ZIP averages use publicly displayable closed sales from our licensed MLS feed, matched to the same ZIP and exact property type. Months with fewer than 3 sales are omitted; the current month is incomplete. Lines connect available monthly observations across gaps and do not represent measured prices in missing months. These averages are not adjusted for size, condition, or location within the ZIP, and are not an appraisal. Feed coverage may not include every sale. All available shows the available home and ZIP history, with mortgage rates over the same dates.
Mortgage benchmark: Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey®. © Freddie Mac. Weekly national 30-year fixed rates, not APRs or a loan quote. Actual terms vary. Methodology changed in November 2022. The chart does not establish that interest-rate changes caused a home’s price changes.
Lines connect recorded asking and sale prices. They are visual guides, not estimates of the home’s value between those dates.
No earlier records were returned by our current sources. This does not mean the home has never sold.
MLS records may be incomplete. Earlier asking prices are not sale prices.
