Get Sellers to Oregon. This is a 6/3 if you count the Attic space rooms, which I have decided NOT to count. You know the story, a contractor from the 1940s builds a house.. hidden bar, hidden stairwell, over-engineers beams and rooms, but doesn't get everything permitted. Subsequent owners come and decide, "hey, we should count the Totality of the Home" and invariably run out of time to get additions made "Official". This home has a pool and decks. It is a simply amazing home that could be EXTREMELY AMAZING. If your buyer has Mid-century furniture, this would be an ideal location to place it. The new owner will want to get the un-permitted areas approved with the county; this would add SUBSTANTIAL space to the property. The home is set back nicely and slightly below street levels which allows quiet living. A handy or visionary couple will want to create romantic corners in the backyard. The downstairs suite has completely separate access; but is not counted as living space on the County records. The Franklin stove provides nice heat. The owner who is best able to work with the County will probably realize some interesting gains. Otherwise, simply enjoy the unpermitted Bonuses, as have the last 50 years of homeowners.

ZIP averages use publicly displayable closed sales from our licensed MLS feed, matched to the same ZIP and exact property type. Months with fewer than 3 sales are omitted; the current month is incomplete. Lines connect available monthly observations across gaps and do not represent measured prices in missing months. These averages are not adjusted for size, condition, or location within the ZIP, and are not an appraisal. Feed coverage may not include every sale. All available shows the available home and ZIP history, with mortgage rates over the same dates.
Mortgage benchmark: Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey®. © Freddie Mac. Weekly national 30-year fixed rates, not APRs or a loan quote. Actual terms vary. Methodology changed in November 2022. The chart does not establish that interest-rate changes caused a home’s price changes.
Lines connect recorded asking and sale prices. They are visual guides, not estimates of the home’s value between those dates.
No earlier records were returned by our current sources. This does not mean the home has never sold.
MLS records may be incomplete. Earlier asking prices are not sale prices.
