Taking back up offers...GREENOVATION has completed another historic home renovation in North Park.A brand new home" is how it is being described because it features all of the technology and design detail Greenovation has become known for around metro San Diego. This French Tudor home was originally built in 1927 and has been meticulously restored with an emphasis on Green Living and custom designed interiors by The Brown Studio, a custom architectural and interior design firm. See supplement... [Supplement]: The home is completely powered by the sun with 2KW of roof mounted solar power which means little to no electric bills for its new owners. The natural gas tankless hot water heater, low flow toilets and water saving irrigation system all contribute to the home's sustainability. The hand built custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry compliment the restored period detail while the refurbished original hardwood flooring provide a sophisticated yet relaxed tone to the home's interior. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including a professional Viking oven and cook top. The counter tops and bathroom flooring are of selected Carrera Marble. The hall bathroom features an oversized soaking tub with subway tiled walls. The master bathroom features a double vanity with recessed medicine cabinets and a marble tiled walk-in shower with 3/8" glass partition. All of the home's interior and exterior lighting was carefully considered to reinforce the home's period character. The home's re-construction includes reconditioned concrete foundation and replaced post & pier footings. The roof and chimney have been completely re-built to their original shapes. The exterior of the home was restored with new stucco and bronze gutters to match the original design. In keeping with the Historical Society's requirements, the original woodwork, trim and single pane doors and windows were carefully restored and outfitted with replica bronze hardware which respects the historical character of the Burlingame neighborhood. The walls and ceiling were insulated with blown-in cellulose, a recycled newspaper product resulting in better heating efficiencies using the new whole-house gas furnace. New glass French doors and farm-grown redwood decking create outdoor spaces enjoyed by 2 of the home's 3 bedrooms. A new concrete driveway with automatic gate complete this home's GREENOVATION!

ZIP averages use publicly displayable closed sales from our licensed MLS feed, matched to the same ZIP and exact property type. Months with fewer than 3 sales are omitted; the current month is incomplete. Lines connect available monthly observations across gaps and do not represent measured prices in missing months. These averages are not adjusted for size, condition, or location within the ZIP, and are not an appraisal. Feed coverage may not include every sale. All available shows the available home and ZIP history, with mortgage rates over the same dates.
Mortgage benchmark: Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey®. © Freddie Mac. Weekly national 30-year fixed rates, not APRs or a loan quote. Actual terms vary. Methodology changed in November 2022. The chart does not establish that interest-rate changes caused a home’s price changes.
Lines connect recorded asking and sale prices. They are visual guides, not estimates of the home’s value between those dates.
No earlier records were returned by our current sources. This does not mean the home has never sold.
