I love these large mid century duplex properties. Most have oak floors and ceramic tile. This property has had only one owner so is pretty much in original condition. Lots of Character. It is in Wrigley just south of Bixby Knolls and just west of Signal hill. The property has been in the same family for many decades. The owner lived in the bottom unit for many years. There is a rebuilt staircase in the back. There is a laundry room and three garages off the alley. One for the owner and own for each of the tenants. The units are very large with formal dining rooms. Each unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

No weekly rateNo published rate within 7 days of this date.ZIP averages use publicly displayable closed sales from our licensed MLS feed, matched to the same ZIP and exact property type. Months with fewer than 3 sales are omitted; the current month is incomplete. Lines connect available monthly observations across gaps and do not represent measured prices in missing months. These averages are not adjusted for size, condition, or location within the ZIP, and are not an appraisal. Feed coverage may not include every sale. All available shows the available home and ZIP history, with mortgage rates over the same dates.
Mortgage benchmark: Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey®. © Freddie Mac. Weekly national 30-year fixed rates, not APRs or a loan quote. Actual terms vary. Methodology changed in November 2022. The chart does not establish that interest-rate changes caused a home’s price changes.
Lines connect recorded asking and sale prices. They are visual guides, not estimates of the home’s value between those dates.
No earlier records were returned by our current sources. This does not mean the home has never sold.
MLS records may be incomplete. Earlier asking prices are not sale prices.
