Located in Decker Canyon, we are selling one parcel that is 17.99 acres and have attached another parcel that is .64 acres, total sale will include just over 18.5 acres or 811,522 sqft total. The APN number for the additional parcel is 385-100-004. Total cost per acre is around $21,000 so this is a great buy for the price. Buyer's will need to locate the parcels as the property has not been surveyed. We are not sure were any utilities are located although there are power lines on the property. Buyer's will need to do all research to satisfy themselves.

Months with fewer than 3 sales are omitted; the current month is incomplete. Lines connect available monthly observations across gaps and do not represent measured prices in missing months. These averages are not adjusted for size, condition, or location within the ZIP, and are not an appraisal. Feed coverage may not include every sale. All available shows the available home and ZIP history, with mortgage rates over the same dates.
Mortgage benchmark: Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey®. © Freddie Mac. Weekly national 30-year fixed rates, not APRs or a loan quote. Actual terms vary. Methodology changed in November 2022. The chart does not establish that interest-rate changes caused a home’s price changes.
Lines connect recorded asking and sale prices. They are visual guides, not estimates of the home’s value between those dates.
No earlier records were returned by our current sources. This does not mean the home has never sold.
MLS records may be incomplete. Earlier asking prices are not sale prices.
